Rave culture found me back in the early 2000s. My first rave was in high school in 2001, and I still remember the lights, the bass, the glowsticks, the kandi bracelets, strangers who became friends, and that unmistakable sense of unity. It felt like stepping into a world where everyone belonged. From the days of warehouse parties and secret-location raves to the massive festivals and club nights we have today, the scene has a special place in my heart. And while my love for electronic music has never left me, the fashion did…
As the scene has evolved over the years, I’ve evolved with it — with the exception of rave fashion. The options today feel limited to revealing outfits, Halloween-costume vibes, or cheap throwaway fast fashion.
That’s why I created Kandi Kulture. I saw a need for apparel that can be worn by all: comfortable, stylish, unique, and made with high-quality fabrics that last.
This brand is a little piece of my heart, and I hope that when you wear it, you feel the same love for the kulture that I do.

What is your REFUND/return policy? DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
While we hope you love everything you ever receive from us, we understand that things happen. We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, odor free, and is in its original condition. Exchanges are handled as a return + repurchase. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the size or style you want. Please refer to our ‘Policies’ page for more detailed information.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED?
If your package is lost or damaged, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We’ll review the issue and work with you on the best solution. Please note that all claims require a valid order number and may require photo documentation or a carrier investigation.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually make changes or cancel it. If your order has already been processed or shipped, then it cannot be changed or canceled. Just reach out as soon as possible by sending us an email to our email address listed below.
HOW DOES SIZING RUN? WHAT IF I DON’T SEE MY SIZE?
Our men’s/unisex tees fit true to size. Our women’s fitted tee has a feminine, more tailored silhouette. If you prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up. Our crop tops also run true to size. Since we are a very small indie start-up, we currently offer sizes in Small, Medium, Large, and X-Large. If you need an XS or 2X, please reach out. Depending on interest, we may be able to run a small drop in those sizes.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIRTS MADE FROM? WILL YOUR SHIRTS SHRINK
All of our shirts are made from 100% cotton and are preshrunk. Please follow the label instructions for fabric care. Typically best practice is to wash in cold water and air dry or dry on low heat. If our tees are dried on high heat there may be some shrinkage.
ARE YOUR SHIRTS ETHICALLY SOURCED?
Yes. Our shirts come from reputable manufacturers that prioritize ethical sourcing, responsible production, and humane labor practices. We only work with suppliers who meet high industry standards.
Do you USE AI GENERATED images or ai models?
No. All of our product photos are real, and we shoot everything ourselves so you can see the true color, details, and quality. We aren’t using models yet, but when we do they will always be real humans - never AI. Any humans you see on our socials are real people. All graphics and designs are created by real human graphic designers.
Do you restock limited drops?
Some items may restock, but others may never come back. To make sure you never miss a thing, please be sure to vibe with us and drop your email below.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically take 1–3 business days to process before they ship. Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Please note: carrier transit times do not include our 1–3 day processing window.
Do you SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?
Not yet — but we’re working on it.
For now, we only ship within the United States.

LOST, mISSING, or damaged packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Kandi Kulture is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Delivery theft has unfortunately increased nationwide, so we encourage customers to track their packages closely and ensure deliveries are made to a secure location.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the claim and determine the appropriate solution.
Kandi Kulture monitors for fraudulent claims. Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in denied claims and being blocked from future purchases.
Refunds / Returns /Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable. To start a return, please contact us with your order number.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Once we receive your return, it will be inspected. Items showing any signs of wear, washing, damage, deodorant marks, makeup, pet hair, or any scent or odor will be denied.
If it passes inspection: we will promptly issue a refund to your original payment method.
If it does not pass inspection: we will ship the item back to you.
Exchanges are processed as a return + repurchase. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the correct size or item.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Kandi Kulture is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
Kandi Kulture is not responsible for carrier theft or porch pirates. If you believe your package was stolen after being marked as delivered, you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier and/or contact local authorities if you believe someone other than the carrier stole your package. We are happy to assist by providing tracking information or any documentation needed for your claim.
If you file a chargeback after your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we will contest the dispute and provide your bank or credit card company with proof of delivery and order confirmation. Fraudulent or invalid disputes may result in being blocked from future purchases.
As a small independent brand, we appreciate honesty and transparency so we can continue creating meaningful pieces for the rave community. PLUR.
